    Fixed center drive assemblies require a torque arm bracket to prevent the hand wheel from spinning. This allows speed to be changed while the drive is running. This bracket may be used with Econoline, WB, Hi-Ratio, and Hexadrive Fixed Center Drives. Bracket is NOT needed with the MLA type pulley.
